DMCA Policy for Lemon Garlic Hummus
At Lemon Garlic Hummus, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. Filing a DMCA Notice (Takedown Notice)

Counter-Notification

- Identify the specific URLs or other unique identifying information of material that Lemon Garlic Hummus has removed or to which Lemon Garlic Hummus has disabled access.
- Provide your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Include the following statement: "I hereby state that I consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which my address is located or, if my address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Lemon Garlic Hummus may be found, and I will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement or an agent of such person."

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Lemon Garlic Hummus may, in its sole discretion, restore the removed content. Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification may be subject to liability.
